Goodbye 2021!

Wow, December 23 already!? The year flew by. So many changes this year. I am going into 2022 with a game plan. I want to jump start my small business, whatever that might entail and increase my sales for my direct sales businesses. I also want to start running again. I truly miss it. Until January though, I am crafting and relaxing and taking in what it feels like to do nothing!

This month I traveled back to Chicago to turn in my computer equipment for my remote job. I spend a few days with my friends Colleen and Amy and got in some meals with other friends. It was nice to visit but very strange to go to Chicago and not have a home there. I was a guest in Chicago for the first time in my life. It was a very strange feeling. I did load up the cooler with Chicago foods - pasta, pierogi and pizza! Oh and some Spotted Cow!

The past few days I have spent time in my craft room making cards and binge watching movies and Netflix shows! I don't ever think I've done that in my life!

We had friends over last Sunday for a Friends Christmas. It was nice to continue to get to know our Tennessee friends. Next year, I have to throw in a gift exchange!

Mark and I are going to a friend's house for Christmas. It's our first time without any of the kids and feels a bit out of sorts. It also doesn't feel like Christmas, no snow and on Christmas day it is supposed to be in the 60s! Thankfully, the house is all decked out and I feel the Christmas spirit when I walk through the house.

In January, it is my goal to blog weekly. What do you want to hear about?
